UOP 828 – Total Amine in Solutions

This method is for determining total amine in amine solutions by the Kjeldahl technique. The molecular weight of the amine in the sample must be known or assumed to make the proper calculation. An amine concentration of 1 to 50 wt-% is typically determined.
