BS BIP 3003 – Step through guide to disability access CD-ROM

From 1 October 2004 the provisions of the third part of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 had to be in place. Under the Act companies must take reasonable steps to ensure that as many disabled people as possible have full access to services and goods. This guide will enable organizations to take a step-by-step approach to meet the requirements of the Act.
